WifiScanneren - Review
WifiScanneren is a free Android application developed by Stofa under the Utilities & Tools category. With this app, you can scan your home for strong and weak Wi-Fi zones and get advice on how to improve your Wi-Fi. You don't need to be a Stofa customer to use the app, but if you are, the app will adapt its advice to your Stofa modem and its capabilities.
The app allows you to measure the quality of your Wi-Fi, and you can immediately see if your Wi-Fi is good, fair, or poor. To use the app, simply open it on your smartphone and give it a tour of your home. Along the way, you can mark which room you are in so that you have a good overview of your route. The color of the route indicates the app's assessment of your Wi-Fi.
The app only uses the camera to map your scan, and the images are neither recorded nor stored. If you encounter an error when trying to download WifiScanneren, you must first install the official AR app from Google called "ARCore by Google" before installing WifiScanneren. The developers are working on improving this.
